Zing Credit Union approached us once again to collaborate on a compelling series of commercials, marking the second year of our partnership. Following the tremendous success of our initial round of commercials, which resulted in a remarkable 95% increase in web traffic, we were elated to embark on a second round of creative assets for Zing.
During our discussions, it was unanimously agreed that we wanted to maintain certain elements from the previous campaign: the location, the main spokesperson, and the assumption that our target audience still lacked a clear understanding of the brand, thereby aiming to enhance awareness. However, our client's goals were crystal clear: to continually elevate the standards of quality and produce equally captivating commercials as the previous year. We embraced these objectives and approached the project from two major angles.
Firstly, we implemented a pre-light day, which focused solely on setting up the lighting for our primary scene, the "Vacation :30" spot. This dedicated day allowed our entire Grip and Electric team, as well as our production team, to arrive one day prior to the shoot. Our meticulous preparations involved rigging over 20 lights in the ceiling, creating a backdrop with over 300 pounds of real sand, and blocking a 30 ft x 10 ft wide office window to prevent any unwanted spillage of light from the outside. Every aspect was meticulously attended to, including the provision of a separate production trailer for our client and makeup needs. By adopting this comprehensive approach, we ensured that all elements were perfectly aligned, allowing us to operate at the peak of our capabilities.
From the initial concepting phase to the final delivery, we managed to complete the entire project in just under two months. This impressive timeline further fueled our excitement as we prepared to showcase these exceptional commercials through OTT (over-the-top) platforms and targeted social media advertising. Throughout the process, our valued partner, Triarch, lent their expertise in casting, crewing, editing, coloring, and final delivery of all assets, working harmoniously with our team to achieve outstanding results.
The collaboration between our team and Zing Credit Union has been nothing short of extraordinary. Together, we have surpassed expectations, consistently pushing boundaries and striving for excellence in every aspect of production. We take great pride in our ability to deliver compelling and visually stunning content that captures the essence of the Zing brand.
