High-Intensity Sprint with REP Fitness

When REP Fitness reached out to us on a Friday, they needed a bold, premium brand piece—and they needed it fast. No time for overthinking, just laser focus and flawless execution. Within 7 days, we took the project from a blank slate to a fully finished, client-approved, color-graded asset ready for launch. The result? A video that embodies excellence, strength, and precision—just like REP.

Here’s how it all went down:

  • Friday: REP gave us the call. Signed the contract that day.

  • Saturday: We delivered a full creative draft.

  • Sunday: Client approved the direction.

  • Monday: Production Day.

  • Tuesday: Edit Day.

  • Wednesday: REP had their first cut in hand.

  • Thursday: Final approval and color grading by the incredible team at Pinto Pictures.

  • Less than a week later: The video was live…Incredible!

To pull it off, we leaned into the strength of our in-house capabilities. Our creative team handled the concept development and prepped the edit timeline in advance, giving our editor Cavan Faucett the tools to bring the piece home with speed and style. (Cavan, as always, delivered).

Thanks to our extensive internal gear inventory, we didn’t have to wait on rental houses or out-of-state shipping—we had everything ready to go, right when we needed it. Every decision, every shot, every cut was made with purpose and power. REP’s brand stands for precision and performance, and we made sure the visuals matched that same energy. From gritty weight room close-ups to smooth product reveals, every frame pushed the story forward.

After reviewing the final cut, our client said:
"We can't believe you did all this within a week. It's incredible what was possible."

We couldn’t agree more. This project is proof that with the right team, the right tools, and the right mindset—anything is possible in 7 days.
