2025 FORD EXPLORER

Launching the 2025 Ford Explorer

LOCATIONS:

  • HUNTSVILLE, AL
  • DENVER, CO

When VOX Media approached us to help launch the 2025 Ford Explorer, they needed a partner who could seamlessly manage a multi-city, multi-asset production. With experience delivering complex campaigns across the country, Triarch Creative was ready to deliver.

The brief called for two dynamic pieces of content that would highlight the spirit of exploration and innovation behind the new Explorer. To make it happen, we coordinated two full productions in Huntsville, Alabama and Denver, Colorado. Our role included sourcing diverse locations, building out full local crews, and ensuring that each shoot captured exactly what the creative team envisioned—all on a tight timeline.

In Huntsville, we partnered closely with VOX Media's team to bring the Explorer into a setting that celebrated the city’s blend of technology and adventure. We ensured our crew was locked in, all equipment needs were met, and locations reflected the campaign's tone.

Then it was back home to Denver, where we sourced striking backdrops and coordinated logistics to mirror the energy and scale of the Explorer. With a one-day window to capture all key content with the featured Ford ambassador, we had everything in place—until the unexpected happened.

Just hours before the shoot, our lead talent fell ill. With only one day available, we had to pivot quickly. Within hours, we hired a body double and restructured the day to capture every shot needed to align with the creative brief. By combining previous footage with clever framing and coverage, we successfully delivered both final assets without delay.

This project is a great example of how Triarch thrives under pressure. Managing two shoots in two cities with high expectations and unexpected curveballs requires more than just production knowledge—it takes adaptability, collaboration, and a calm-under-fire mentality. From start to finish, we worked hand-in-hand with VOX and Ford to bring the Explorer launch to life.

We’re proud of what we accomplished, and even prouder of how we handled the challenges along the way. If you’re looking for a partner to execute your next big campaign—especially when it involves moving parts across multiple cities—we’re ready to roll.
